LATERAL STEP DOWN

Bajar escalón lateral

STARTING POSITION:

You should find a step at the height of your ankle and place it next to you. Stand straight and spread your feet at shoulder width apart. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Place the entire sole of your right foot on the step. Pressing mainly from your right heel, step up on the step. Step down with a smooth movement and repeat the exercise with the other leg.

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.
