STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Select the appropriate height of the box. You need to place the box in front of you. Step up on the box.
MOVEMENT:
Jump off the box and immediately after touching the ground, make a quick vertical jump. Try to land on a soft way on the floor.
