EXTENSION AND ROTATION OF THE NECK

Extensión y rotación cervical sentado

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a chair and place your back on the backrest.

MOVEMENT:

Do an extension of your neck. Rotate your neck to your right side and then to the other side. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
