STANDING ROTATIONS WITH PLATE

STARTING POSITION:

Select the appropriate resistance of the plate. Stand up straight with your feet at shoulder width apart and grab the plate with both hands in front of you. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keep your body straight.

MOVEMENT:

Moving the plate, turn your body to the right side at the same time you move your feet in the same direction. Return to the starting position and turn your body to the other side.

TIPS: Your toes should always point to the same place that plate is. Move the hips and legs according to your trunk.
