STARTING POSITION:
Lie down on your back and lift your feet in front of you placing your knees around 90º. Put a cushion under your head and place your hands under your low back. Contract your pelvic floor and core.
MOVEMENT:
Without any movement of your back, move your right foot to touch the floor while you exhale. Make sure you maintain the 90º in both knees. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale and do it with your left leg.
TIPS: Focus on slow and controlled movement Don't separate your low back from the floor when you do the exercise.
