STARTING POSITION:
Sit on a table with a towel in your hands. Fully bend your spine and your neck and place the towel around the right foot. Extend your right knee.
MOVEMENT:
Slowly pull the towel until you feel the stretch in your right leg. Maintain the stretch during the required time, return to the starting position and then switch sides and repeat with the other leg.
TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
