SIDE-LYING SLEEPER STRETCH

Estiramiento Sleeper o acostado de lado

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your right side and place a cushion under your head. Move your right arm in front of you and bend your elbow 90º. Your hand should point towards the roof.

MOVEMENT:

Helped by your left hand, move your right hand towards the floor. This is an internal rotation of the shoulder. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the arm.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
