STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight with your right foot in front of you and your left foot behind you. The feet should be around 1.5 metres apart. Extend your knees, place your left foot pointing to the left and extend your arms to your sides and parallel to the floor. Move the trunk so the right hand touches the floor next to your right foot and the left hand is pointing towards the roof. Look at your left hand at all times.
MOVEMENT:
Hold the position during the required time. Then switch the side.
TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
