STARTING POSITION:
Kneel on the floor in front of a fitball. Place your right elbow extended on the fitball and your chest on the elbow. The inner part of your arm should face your chest.
MOVEMENT:
Slowly press your chest against the arm until you feel the stretch in your right shoulder. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the arm.
TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
