STARTING POSITION:
Lie flat on your back with your feet flat on the floor. Place the entire sole of your right foot on the floor. Grab a towel from the ends and place it on your right ankle.
MOVEMENT:
With the help of the towel, bend the right knee as much as your can. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then repeat with the other leg.
TIPS: Focus on slow and controlled movement.
