STARTING POSITION:
Sit on a chair next to a table at your chest high. Place your right forearm on the table and grab your right hand with your left hand. Your right palm should face the floor.
MOVEMENT:
Pull the palm of your right hand to extend your wrist. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the arm.
TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
