STARTING POSITION:
Sit on a table, place your hands together behind your back and fully bend your back and neck. Extend the knee of the leg you want to move.
MOVEMENT:
Maintaining the position of the rest of the body, flex and extend your ankle for the specified amount of repetitions.
TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
