CALF-MACHINE SHOULDER SHRUG

Encogimiento de hombros en maquina de gemelos de pie

STARTING POSITION:

Position yourself on a calf machine so that the shoulder pads are above your shoulders. Place your feet at shoulder width apart. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keep your body straight. Slightly lift the pads with your legs.

MOVEMENT:

Shrug your shoulders lifting the pads while you exhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
