STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight and place your 2nd and 3rd fingers on your chin.

MOVEMENT:

Try to move your jawbone forward while you avoid the movement with the fingers. Maintain the effort for the required time. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
