ISOMETRIC CONTRATION OF GLUTES

Contracción isométrica de glúteos

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your back on a mat and extend your arms and legs.

MOVEMENT:

Pushing with your heels the floor, contract the glutes. Maintain the tension during the required time. Relax the muscles and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: Make sure you do the exercise without any movement of your body.
