CHAIR ASSISTED CALF RAISES

STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart in front of a chair. Grab the chair with both hands.
MOVEMENT:
Using your calfs, raise your heels as high as you can. Make sure you only move your ankles. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.
TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
