FOAM ROLLER MASSAGE: LUMBAR SPINE
STARTING POSITION:
Place a foam roller between on your low back muscles and your arms.
MOVEMENT:
Roll the foam roller on your back to find the contractures in your muscles. Hold the position during the required time.
TIPS: At the beginning you can feel pain, but if you maintain the movement, it should decrease. If not, stop the exercise. The roller should be always in contact of muscles and not bones or joints.
