BENCH HOP OVER

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes.
STARTING POSITION:
Place a bench next to you. Stand straight with your feet together and your hands on the bench.
MOVEMENT:
Bend your knees, move your glutes backwards and, in a fast movement, extend your hips and knees, jumping over the bench with the help of your hands. Try to land softly on the other side of the bench. Repeat the movement from the other side.
