STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. You need to place a bench next to you.
MOVEMENT:
Bend the knees, move your butt back and place your hands on the bench at the same time. In a fast movement extend your hips and knees and jump over the bench helped by your hands. Try to land on a soft way on the other side of the bench. Repeat the movement from the other side.
