STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your back on a mat and extend your arms and legs.

MOVEMENT:

Contract at the same time your quadriceps and hamstrings hardening your legs. Maintain the tension during the required time. Relax the muscles and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: Make sure you do the exercise without any movement of your body.
