STARTING POSITION:
Stand up straight and place an obstacle in front of you with its legs towards you. Contract your pelvic floor and core.
MOVEMENT:
Run to the hurdle. With a jump, get over the hurdle. The jump should look a big step more than a jump to be able maintain the speed.
