STARTING POSITION:
Select the appropriate weight of the medicine ball. You should find a box at the height of your thighs and place it at your right side. Grab the ball with both hands and place it next to your right hip.
MOVEMENT:
Place the entire sole of your right foot on the box. Pressing mainly from your right heel, step up on the box in a fast movement. At the same time, move the ball diagonally towards the roof and the left side rotating your trunk. Step down with a smooth movement. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions, then switch sides and repeat the exercise.
TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.
