STEP UP AND MEDICINE BALL LIFTS

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. 

STARTING POSITION:

Select the appropriate weight of the medicine ball. You should find a box at the height of your thighs and place it at your right side. Grab the ball with both hands and place it next to your right hip.

MOVEMENT:

Place the entire sole of your right foot on the box. Pressing mainly from your right heel, step up on the box in a fast movement. At the same time, move the ball diagonally towards the ceiling and the left side rotating your trunk. Step down with a smooth movement. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions, then switch sides and repeat the exercise.
