HYPOPRESIVE CHIN TO THE CHEST

Hipopresivo de rodillas

STARTING POSITION:

Kneel on the floor and move your chin towards the chest. Place your hands on your knees and bend them slightly.

MOVEMENT:

Fully breath out, hold the breath and then stick your belly. Hold the position during the required time. Breath in and repeat the exercise for the specified amount of repetitions.

TIPS: Your head and chest should always look forward.
