PURSED LIPS EXPIRATION. SITTING POSITION

INITIAL POSITION:
Sit in a chair and place your hand on your belly. Keep your body straight.
EXECUTION:
Inhale slowly through your nose. Exhale through your mouth with pursed lips. During the exercise, try to breathe filling the abdomen.
TIPS:
You should not feel pain during the exercise. If you feel fatigued, stop and rest.
