PADDLE STROKES WITH BARBELL

STARTING POSITION:
Select the appropriate weight of the barbell. Sit on a bench. Grab the barbell with both hands at shoulder width apart. Use a prone grip.
MOVEMENT:
With a slow movements, imitate the paddle stroke. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions.
TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
