SCALENE STRETCH

Estiramiento de escalenos

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your back on a mat, and place your right hand on the left side of your head.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move the head towards your right shoulder and move the neck so your gaze is back. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise to the other side.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
