UPPER TRAPEZIUS STRETCH WITH OVERPRESSURE

Estiramiento para trapecio superior sentado

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a chair, grab your head with your left hand and grab the chair with your right hand to descent the shoulder. Slowly do a lateral neck flexion towards your left side until you feel the stretch on your upper trapezius.

MOVEMENT:

Maintain the stretch during the required time and then switch sides and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
