STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your right side and place your head on your right arm. Straighten your legs and put your left foot flat on the floor in front of your right thigh. Contract your pelvic floor and core.

MOVEMENT:

Raise your right leg as high as you can. Drop your leg and stop it before it touches the floor. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then repeat with the other leg.

TIPS: You can increase the level of the exercise adding wheight on your ankle.
