LEVATOR SCAPULAE STRETCH

Estiramiento elevador de la escapula

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a chair and grab your head with your left hand. Slowly turn your neck to the right and do a neck flexion until you feel the stretch on your levator scapulae.

MOVEMENT:

Maintain the stretch during the required time and then switch sides and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
