TRX SIDE PLANK WITH TORSO ROTATION

Plancha lateral con torsión con trx

STARTING POSITION:

Place your feet together on the handles of a trx which is around 30 cm of the floor. Lie on your side and place your right elbow under your shoulder. Straighten your legs and put your feet together. Support your weight on your feet and right elbow raising your hips. Put your left hand pointing the roof.

MOVEMENT:

Bring your right hand below your body towards the left side as much as you can. Exhale during the movement. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then do it towards the other side.

TIPS: Don't let the hips go down.
