SINGLE LEG CALF RAISE

Extensión de gemelos de pie

STARTING POSITION:

Stand up straight on a step with your right foot. The ball of your right foot should be on the step with the heel extending off it. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Using your calves, raise your heel in a strong movement while you exhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then switch sides and repeat with the other leg.

TIPS: While your are doing the exercise, move only the ankle joints, make sure you don't move any other part of your body.
