SIDE LYING HIP FLEXIONS

Flexión de rodilla recostado en el suelo

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your right side and place your right elbow under the shoulder. Straighten your legs. Contract your pelvic floor and core.

MOVEMENT:

Move your left knee towards your chest while you exhale. Return to the starting position while you inhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then repeat with the other leg.

TIPS: You can increase the level of the exercise adding wheight on your ankle.
