JUMPING ROPE

Saltar a la cuerda

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart holding a rope from the ends. The rope should start behind your feet.

MOVEMENT:

Moving your hands, make the rope pass over you and then jump it to let it pass under you. Repeat the jumps during the required time.

TIPS: You should perform the exercise as quick as possible. Make sure you don't bend your knees during the jumps and you keep your body straight. Keep looking forward.
