STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet at shoulder width apart. Maintaining the natural arch of your back, lean forward until your torso is parallel and raise your right leg at the same time. Move your hands forward as much as you can. Your back leg, torso and arms should make a straight line parallel to the floor. Make sure that your right foot point to the floor.

MOVEMENT:

Hold the position during the required time. Then switch the side.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
