STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight, spread your feet at shoulder width apart. Take off your shoes. Place your right foot pointing towards your right side.
MOVEMENT:
Slide your right foot through the floor towards your right side as much as you can. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then repeat with the other foot.
TIPS: Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.
