THORACIC SPINE SELF MASSAGE

STARTING POSITION:

Find a wall and place a tennis ball between your upper back muscles and the wall. Roll the ball with your back to find the contractures in your muscles between the spine and the shoulder blade.

MOVEMENT:

Hold the position during the required time.

TIPS: At the beginning you can feel pain, but if you maintain the movement, it should decrease. If not, stop the exercise. The tennis ball should be always in contact of muscles and not bones or joints.
