ROTATIONAL THROWS WITH MEDICINE BALL

Lanzamiento lateral desde la cintura con balón medicinal

STARTING POSITION:

Select the appropriate weight of the medicine ball. Stand about 2 meters from a wall on your right side. Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart holding the ball with both hands.

MOVEMENT:

Move the ball towards your left side rotating your trunk. Your legs should move acording the rotation. Throw the ball as fast as you can to the wall rotating your body while you exhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions, then switch sides and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: Be careful with the rebound of the ball.
