STARTING POSITION:

Find a stair. Stand straight, spread your feet at shoulder width apart.

MOVEMENT:

Place your right foot on the first step and then place your left foot on the second step. Keep going upstairs the required number of steps.

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.
