Spin bike

STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight next to the spin bike and make sure that you adjust seat of the bike at your waist-high. Sit on the bike, put your feet on the pedals and grab the handlebars. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.
MOVEMENT:
Begin pedaling.
TIPS: To increase the level of the activity, you can increase the speed or the resistance.
