MACHINE CALF RAISES

Elevación de talones de pie en maquina

STARTING POSITION:

Position yourself on a calf machine so that the shoulder pads are above your shoulders. The toes should be on the step with the heels extending off it. Place your feet at shoulder width apart. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keep your body straight. Slightly lift the pads with your legs.

MOVEMENT:

Using your calves, raise your heels in a strong movement while you exhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
