SCIATIC NERVE STRETCH IN LONG-SITTING

STARTING POSITION:
Sit on a mat with your legs extended and together. Entwine your fingers behind your back and bend your spine maintaining the extension of the neck.
MOVEMENT:
Slowly flex your head and neck until you feel the stretch in your posterior chain. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions.
TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
