SCAPULAR CONTROL IN SHOULDER FLEXION

STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight and place your back to a wall behind you. Retract your right shoulder blade and put it together to the wall.
MOVEMENT:
With your arm straight and without any movement of your shoulder blade, lift your hand in front of you with your thumb up. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.
TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
