Estiramiento de la banda iliotibial de pie

STARTING POSITION:

Find a table to lean on. Place your right leg behind you and slightly bend your left knee.

MOVEMENT:

Move your right foot to the left side until you feel the stretch on your ITB. Hold the position during the required time and then do the exercise with the other leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
