STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a chair with your feet at shoulder width apart. Place your thumbs at the sides of your lower spine.

MOVEMENT:

Using your abdominal and back muscles, push the thumbs away from the back. Maintain the tension during the required time. Relax the muscles and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: Your head and chest should always look forward.
