LUMBAR EXTENSION

Superman o extensión lumbar

STARTING POSITION:

Get in to a face down position. Rest your forehead on the mat and place your arms extended in front of you. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest facing the floor.

MOVEMENT:

Using your glutes and back muscles, raise your legs, chest and arms at the same time while you inhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you exhale.

TIPS: Keep your head always facing the mat.
