STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight, spread your feet at shoulder width apart and put your toes slightly out. Turn on the vibratory platform. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.
MOVEMENT:
Place the entire sole of your right foot on the platform. Pressing mainly from your right heel, step up on the platform in a fast movement. Step down with a smooth movement and repeat the exercise with the other leg.
TIPS: You can grab the handles for a better balance. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.
