SEATED CERVICAL EXTENSON

Extensión cervical sentado

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a chair next to a table at your chest high. Maintaining the natural arch of your back, lean forward.

MOVEMENT:

Do a neck extension. Return to the starting position with a smooth movement while you inhale.

TIPS: While your are doing the exercise, move only the neck, make sure you don't move any other part of your body.
