ADDUCTOR STRETCH LEGS OPENED

Estiramiento de aductores piernas abiertas

STARTING POSITION:

Sit down on a mat and extend your knees. Open your legs as much as you can.

MOVEMENT:

Grab your right foot with your right hand and slowly move your chest towards the right leg. Make sure that you don't move your back and that you do the exercise moving your hips. Hold the position during the required time and then do the exercise with the other leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
