LEG EXTENSIONS WITH ADDUCTOR SQUEEZE

STARTING POSITION:
Sit on a chair and place a pillow between your knees. Using your adductors, crush the pillow.
MOVEMENT:
With your quadriceps, fully extend your knees while you exhale. Return to the starting position with a smooth movement. Maintain the tension of the adductors at all times.
TIPS:: Your head and chest should always look forward.
