STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a chair and place your right ankle on your left knee. Grab your right knee with both hands.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly pull your right knee towards your left shoulder until you feel the stretch in your right glute. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
