MULTIFIDUS ACTIVATION IN PRONE

Activación multifidus en pronación

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on a mat and place your forehead on your forearms. Place your feet together.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly press one heel against the other and slightly raise your feet around 15 cm. Make sure the forehead is in the same position during the movement.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
